Nothing is more memorable at a party than a locally reared, succulent hog roast.

Taste and succulence comes from the way the hog is reared and cooked and we source our hogs from high quality local farms.

Our slow cooking method ensures  amazingly moist and tender meat, with the cooking and carving done in-front of you and your guests.  A pig roast is about much more than just the eating, the whole process of cooking and carving is a real show within itself.
