Who serves the food?

If required, our team of professional and attentive staff will set up the whole event from the laying of tables, placing of favours, through to serving the canapés and drinks.

Where do you source your ingredients?

Wherever possible, we use locally sourced, fresh and seasonal produce from Devon and Westcountry suppliers. We therefore tailor our menus to reflect the seasons. We also use our own kitchen garden for herbs and flowers to decorate our platters.

What type of catering do you offer?

We can provide all types of food; fine dining, buffets, bowl food, barbecues, hog roasts, cream teas and anything in between. We are able to explore different options and help you to achieve the perfect menu based on your personal preferences. We will also take great care to ensure that all special dietary requirements are considered.

When planning the menu it’s also important to consider the venue and its facilities. For example would your caterer have access to full kitchen facilities or partial? Is there limited space or the need to work from a marquee? Some venues lend themselves to a fine dining experience whilst at others a buffet or hog roast works best.
